Artist Statement
Using one or some combination of acrylics, watercolors, digital and narrative media, I create thought provoking experiences that often contain a humorous twist, or an edge with deeper underlying implications. Frequently my work contains meticulously crafted imagery that seductively draws the viewer in with elements that can be, upon further inspection, simultaneously disturbing or repellent.

My work addresses varied topics ranging from visual ruminations on selected themes to dark or disquisitional humor. While the form of any given piece may vary within a range of expression, there is a unifying similarity in the fundamental perspective to all of my art.
